The 40cm is an ideal in-hand rose and fits perfectly in a vase for a dramatic Valentine's Day table arrangement. We also offer edible baby roses from Fresh Origins (25ct mixed color) and rose petals in a 4oz clam shell (mixed color) to add color and texture to your plate presentation and artisan cocktails.

Fresh Hand Made Pasta

Produce Express is excited to announce a line of fresh, hand made pasta from Venezia Bakery. Venezia Bakery, located on Fruitridge Road in Sacramento, is owned and operated by Raul Soto and pasta veteran Mauricio Aguliar. Mauricio makes five different types of hand-cut pasta including Pappardelle, Fettuccine, Tagliatelle, Tagliarini and Angel Hair. He makes all of them in an assortment of flavors including plain, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, spinach and saffron. Pasta sheets are also available in full or half pan sizes. Please order the pasta by 4pm for next day delivery. We will deliver fresh pasta Tuesday through Saturday (No Sunday or Monday). The pasta is packed in a clear plastic box with 6-3oz portions. A box of plain pasta, any cut, is $3.95 (.65 per order), a box of flavored pasta, any cut, is $4.50, (.75 per order). Please specify how many boxes, which cut and flavor you would like when placing your order.
