Chervil
Description
Resembling miniature flat-leaf parsley which grows rapidly and close to shady ground, Chervil has a delicious anise-like flavor like a subtle blend of tarragon and parsley.
Applications/Techniques
Add just prior to use in salads, soups, sauces and vegetables. Makes an appealing garnish.
History
