Ordering Instructions

• Placing the Order: If you are interested in ordering a consumer box, please call our office at (916) 446-8918. All office members and sales reps can assist you. Volume discounts are available, please contact our office for more information.

• Pick Up Orders: Will call pick-ups are only available Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm– no Sunday pick-ups. For safety purposes, we are asking all customers to stay in their vehicle to limit exposure. Please call ahead of time for further instructions.

• Deliveries: We are able to deliver directly to open businesses that have an account. If you do not have an account or if your business is closed and would like a delivery, please contact our office during business hours. (Direct delivery is available for volume orders).We are not able to deliver to  residential areas but have had a few of our customers volunteer to let us use their space as delivery zones. We will have a stationary truck in the  following locations from 8:30am to 10:30am, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and  Fridays: 

Bella Bru Cafe - El Dorado Hills

Don Quixote's- Watt Ave

Pushkin's Bakery and Cafe- Roseville

Beach Hut Deli- Davis (Fermi Place)

• Drop Zones: We have had a few local restaurants volunteer to be "Drop Zones". These drop zones are open businesses where you can pick up your consumer boxes. (All orders must be placed through Produce Express prior to pick up). The following are participating restaurants:

Kodaiko | Downtown | Thursday and Friday, 4PM to 7PM and
Saturday from 12PM to 7PM.

Pizza Bell (Grant Line) | Elk Grove | Monday-Saturday 11AM to 8:30PM - They will also deliver boxes directly to you with a pizza delivery!

• Postmates: We are now available on Postmates! For consumers who prefer to not venture far from home or are unable to do so, home deliveries are now an option at retail price.

Use the code FEED100 for $100 of free delivery fees.

• Payment: If you are located at an open business and are a current customer of Produce Express, we can bill any box purchase to your account. At this time, we are only accepting cash for all general public sales. For convenience purposes, we recommend you bring exact change.

• Substitutions: We are not currently offering any substitutions for consumer boxes.
