Apple - Pink Lady
Great color, texture and sugar/acid balance creates great flavor for eating out of hand and in salads. It has a distinctive pink hue mixed with a green background.
Early to late fall. This variety is the earliest to blossom (late March/early April), and one of the last to be harvested (end of October/early November).
10# Broken Case
An excellent variety and a rather recent arrival as it was ‘developed’ Western Australia in the early 1970’s where it is known as Cripps Pink.
Cripps Pink was developed in the 1970s by John Cripps in Western Australia, and is a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams.
